They told me that decaf is not allowed to make ice coffee. but I can order on the app. Even though I have ordered this for many... times, I am pregnant, but she still argued with me, then i said i will write areport. This Starbucks location looked a bit unorganized. We saw a bunch fruit flies on their dessert which were on display case. I... told the associate on counter that you have flies on your dessert, she was apologetic and said these items are only for display,these aren?t for sell. The staff are consistently trash at this location. - Long line ups, 4+ staff members and 0 sense of urgency. I've walked out... while waiting in line on more than one occasion. - No friendly, smiley service. More like "no soup for you" if you don'tappease their High school drop out egos. In order to get the coffee I want I have to go through these miscreants and it justain't worth it - find another location (with an adult Supervisor/Manager). Read more

I previously rated this location a solid 5 stars as we visited it regularly and used to have great accuracy for orders. The... last 4 orders have not been accurate and just wasted our money. If you don't have things your customer pays extra for, justcall us or cancel the order. Instead we've picked up our orders and the extra $3 we've added to our coffees turns out black, anda bacon / egg sandwich ends up with no bacon. We can't rely on this location any more unfortunately after 4 orders messed upweeks apart and around $15 wasted at this point, we'll go elsewhere. Read more

Will not visit this location anymore. Super long waiting time for mobile order (more than 20 minutes), which is long enough for... me to drive to a different location. This store does NOT follow the "first come/order first serve" role; instead, theyprioritize those customers who work at the nearby office (I.e. TD bank). I've experienced and saw this happened multiple times,very disappointed at this location. Read more

I hope to give 0 stars if I could. I work nearby so I have no choice but to go to this branch. There are so much issues about... this store: - drink is never filled up even though I chose regular ice - food is never warmed enough. It?s cold sometimes -never seen a friendly face or smile from the staff. No help when picking up orders - even if I ordered curb side pick up, no onewill bring drinks over. Staff need to be more trained. when i pickup my mobile order i was sprayed water in my face. and the tall staff and supervisor... did not apologize.
