I ordered iced brown sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso this morning, and I only got less than half of the cup. And the gentleman... offered to remake the drink for me. However after he remakes the drink there is less than half of a cup of the drink. Basicallythe store gentleman told me; it is because the foam settled and i ordered the drink without ice. I asked him to help me fill thecup with some more oat milk because it is less than half of the Venti cup. And he told me it is only free to add AN INCH OF OATMILK with the drink. So i asked him, how much extra it would be for him to fill it up to a Venti (which i paid for) and he toldme A LOT. The gentleman also suggested that if they fill it up the cup then it is not the correct way to make the drink? If ican suggest who did it he will TALK TO THEM ABOUT IT. Ive been a gold card customer for more than 10years at Starbucks. Andordered the same drink for more than 1 week now. Ive never encountered any issues like such. He saw my ordered for the past weekand finally realized that arguing with his customer is wrong. Before COVID-19 we used to add milk to our liking. We didn?t haveto BEG for it. I just wondering why ?! No other location has this kind of poor quality service. Very disappointed. If there haszero star, I will do it! Terrible! This is called : ripe off your customers. A wonderful place!! Sat there for a few hours to do some work and had bought one item. The waiter comes out with a latte asking... me if I wanted it for free. Since I don?t drink coffee, lol, it was given to the person sitting next to me. A place to be if youwant to be met with kindness and have a calm place to study/work. Read more
A double chocolate chip Frappuccino and a coffee cake. Both were good. Menu size has decreased, but you can ask for a drink off... their menu and they might make it for you. Place was clean and the staff was friendly. I'm glad this Starbucks is here. Read more
Conveniently located at woodbine and highway 7 intersection. This is one of my favourite locations. It?s spacious but not overly... big. Great place to chill and work (pre-pandemic when we could dine in) and all staff I?ve dealt with were all very friendly andnice. Food and drink has always been consistent here. Read more
This used to be my favorite starbucks.they always made the best drinks and you rarely had to wait. The last few months they've... definitely gone downhill. I always order through the mobile app and they seem to always get my order wrong. They never addwhipped cream to any drink that comes with it and if you request non dairy milk they seem to always use regular milk. Today theydidn't add whipped cream and didn't even bother to fill up the cup. Read more
