Came to the restaurant with my kids. I let theady know i wanted the deal on the app (buy 2 subs and get 1 free). She said i... needed to make an online order. So i went to the website and did the order. The discount didn't show and it wanted to charge methe full price. I let the lady know and she said she has no idea what to do. I asked if she could call someone to get me somehelp or fix the issue and she said i have to call the number on the app. I decided to leave. Not a good visit for me and thekids. Read more

The food taste great however the service is really slow because they only have one person working. You can see that the staff is... stressed since they are working alone!! Their manager needs to put more people on because it is unfair to their workers who haveto work x10 harder. The staff is super friendly and i feel terrible that they are working alone. ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub - ingredients were definitely not fresh - chicken had a bad taste and veggies were... wilted. Take out so no way of checking - threw it away. REFRESH ... not at all ! Go to Mr Sub - far superior! Read more
