Lousy take out packaging. Order via uber eats but found out the soup container lid wasn't closed properly (no seal), same for... the tartar sauce container. Ended up the soup spilled all over in the takeout plastic bag when food arrived, ruining the entiredinner. With all the drastic price increases Ten Ren charged, they can't even afford better takeout packaging.... ???? Read more
Ordered through ubereats so didn?t go the the location this time. Have been here in the past and always seemed great on service!... love the look of the place and ten ren is a staple name for bubble tea being in Canada for so long! This time we also had thenoodles for dinner and all the noodle soups are infused with tea, which is living up to their tea background! You can reallytaste the tea in the broth which is really nice! The beef was very soft and tender and the chicken and cutlet was nice andcrispy even after a car ride over! My winter order from them has to be the ginger milk tea, which has the nice kick of gingerheat! Due to warmer weather, we opted for some refreshing drinks and refreshing it was! Customer service at this location was pretty good as they responded to our needs quite promptly, however there was a stain on... the table and even after asking for a towel to clean the table we were unfortunately neglected. I ordered the 'Tea flavouredsausage & minced pork w/egg' since the picture made it look like there was a lot of sausage for $10.99. When it arrived, theamount of sausage was less than expected and before making a complaint, I then realized that the menu states "Images are forreference only." The takoyaki I ordered was $6.99 for 6 and at first bite I thought there was no tako inside but after chewingseveral times I finally found a take inside but it was just really small. The food was pretty good but in conclusion I willprobably not be coming back to this location again. Read more
Not the healthiest kids meal but definitely the most appetizing I've seen for under $10. My 2yo couldn't finish it either cuz it... came with a drink too. We come here when mama wants a bubble tea though and we always have a great time. Lots of other familieswith young children. We're gone by the time the young adults get there so you'd never know this place was so kid friendly! Read more
Ten ren is my favorite bbt brand since childhood but not all locations hold the same standard. The service was nice. I ordered... a hot taro coconut milk tea and she repeated the order, even skipping out asking me the ice level because obviously, it's hot.However, I noticed on the screen she punched it in cold so I assumed she would correct her mistake. I waited less than 10minutes and she gave me my drink iced. Which is kind of ridiculous because if it was another staff then they wouldn't know butit was the same girl. Anyways, it's fine I was in a good mood so I just took it and left. When I went back in to the car, mydrink tasted extremely watered down. Not worth. Guess this is one of the bad ten ren locations.
