Extremely horrible customer service. This staff spilt the hot coffee on my hand and burn my hand. He even yelled at me saying... it?s my fault because I didn?t park close to him. He didn?t say one single ?sorry? to me. No apology at all. Read more
We had just got our tea and desserts before 11pm. When we sat down to eat and drink, they told us the dining room was closing.... Really disappointed since we would have just went somewhere else for tea and dessert if we knew they closed dine in early. Theyused to open late before covid. Really disappointing service. Read more

It's a tims. You already know what to expect for the good. Unfortunately, this tims has a significantly slower service speed... than other ones I've been to in the last month. Took 7 minutes for a croissant and baked bagel. At least the food was warm. Read more

I?m a regular customer where I love this place But there?s a problem in receiving orders I was mentioning it today to someone... and he was very rude not evening respecting where I know he?s new he acts like whatever too Guy maybe on a part time if hedoesn?t like his job why would u disrespect 5.40 pm I wanna gonna call the manger to say he was disrespectful as I was onlytrying to help so they don?t lose customers as there?s a glitch in the speakers. Tbh I won?t come again. Thank you so much as Ihope they hire a better one as they will lose lots of customers of that bad customer service. I got a business what if I tellothers to not come? Forgive him but what about others? Hope you take a step towrds respect. Read more

Wow...they finally brought back Maple Dip and Canadian Maple donuts....so delicious. There was a young lady serving us, and she... was friendly and happy....such a nice person. Often I found the staff looking a bit miserable, so this was a refreshing change.The variety of donuts was terrific. Read more
