I normally enjoy going at this location but today was a disaster. Drive thru was not moving at all, good thing I was in no rush.... I understand that new hires may have difficulty with adapting to a menu, however it's important to establish a balance ofexperienced and new hires for lunch and breakfast rushes. Slowest service ever. This is a horrible Tim Hortons to go to, especially if you?re in a rush. Be prepared to wait in the drive... thru for 10-15 mins, at all times of the day. It?s like they never r have enough staff during morning or lunch rush. Prettyfrustrating Read more
I find the associates very friendly and this is why I gave 2 stars...but the owner here is a tool. He runs around barking at his... staff and talking in his language which is very disrespectful as there is 1 non Indian working here...Pilar is amazing and shegreets everyone but it's disrespectful for them to speak there Indian language near her. Bought a medium coffee w/ two milk NO sugar! and after I got home realized the coffee tastes like a mixture of hot chocolate and... coffee. The bagel was over toasted. The worst Tims I?ve ever been. I had a cravable roast beef sandwich, which did not taste remotely like the ones I had before.... Roast beef was hard to chew and has no flavours. No crunches in the sandwich too. I also had a tea with honey, but I didn?ttaste the honey at all until the cup is almost empty. When I told my friends this, they knew immediately which Tims because theysaid that?s the worse one they had been to as well! Management can you please train your staff better?
