Worst service I have ever seen. The staff can?t even understand a simple order. I literally asked for a 7up and I had to repeat... myself literally 10 times and they still didn?t understand. I didn?t even get to my actual order. Shows the low standards thatTim Hortons is setting in the industry, all production and no quality. Super slow service. Ordered chilli. No spoon no napkin good thing I checked before I left. Lots of chit chatting behind the... counter non work related. Long line ups. Over 5 minutes for 2 orders of chili. I saw them put them in the containers. and itsat there for 2 minutes while they started on another order. WTH?? This store needs better management, definitely below par withother Tims. Read more

Just got my coffee after a very long and unresponsive transaction. It is 11:15 pm and came in to have a coffee. Walked inside... and the lady was mopping so I didn't bother the lady and went to use the washroom. It was filthy so after doing my number 1, Iflushed the toilet and wiped around the toilet as a courtesy. Cams outside and proceeded to order my coffee, and the moppinglady approached me and asked me something that I could not understand so she asked her coworker to translate but the other ladyignored her since she was talking loud in her language and not in English. So I felt bad for the lady and asked her what shewanted, she said why did you flush the toilet I told her it was dirty and needed attention and there was no sign to say so! Shesaid why you flushed and it was supposed to be like that, meaning she spread something. She was rude so I asked her name but shewent to the backroom. I asked the cashier about her name and she was agitated to answer. Both had no name tags and both declinedto give their names. Imagine this place is close to the hospital and you have a patient there and you want a coffee but insteadget such a rubbish service. No communication in English and zero customer service. Loud communication in a foreign language. Gotmy coffee and left. I am self-employed and such behavior will not be tolerated in my business at all. Store management is toblame and the established culture is the reflection of such dealing. Tim Horton's is over-exaggerated anyway. Avoid thislocation and go to McDonald's for unmatched service and value! Read more

Worst customer service. A tamil lady working (I know she is tamil because she spoke in tamil) made a mistake with my order. I... had to drive back to Tim Hortons all the way from my home to get the order changed and there was barely any compensationreceived. What about my gas and time? I specified I want 10 chocolate and 10 honey dip timbits and they gave me 10 chocolate and10 birthday cake. Owner of the store: kindly check who was by the drive thru window around 8:36pm-8:38pm on September 10th sheis very arrogant and rude. Although she was NOT the manager she was behaving like one. I rather drive 5kms to another TimHortons then to go to this one. I am going to spread this incident and worst customer service this store has to my friends andfamily. Read more

I ordered three cups of coffee and bought my own cups. They couldn't pour the drink directly into my cup which is... understandable. The lady accommodated my request and poured the drinks one by one using the same cup. Thanks for helping me tostay low waste. Read more

Want food poisoning? Come here! Ordered one of the Reese's Cheesecake donuts (I know, big mistake on my part). I don't know if... they keep them refrigerated at all in stores because I ordered through the drive-thru. But when I tell you the cheesecakefilling was SOUR like it had curdled and gone rancid in the 10 minutes it took me to get home. I don't think that's normal. Ittasted horrendous. I spat it out immediately. Called customer service and its going to be 3-5 business days before I get a call.I'd rather pay starbucks prices and have customer service that works. Read more

Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The staff stand around talking with each other while they have a line of... customers out the door. I order food and they had my food sitting behind the counter for 15 minutes and said they forgot to giveit to me. While I was standing there asking 3 different employees about my order. Whoever is the owner of this Tim Hortons wasprobably desperate to hire people because no one can do their job correctly. Super poor customer service and bad management.Avoid this Tim Hortons if you can. Read more

Bought the Limited Edition Choose-to-Include donut which came individually boxed. Fast service when I walked into the restaurant... to order. Drive thru probably would've taken alot longer. There is only one driveway entrance which commonly gets clogged upwith the long drive thru line up. Read more
