Sunday is the worst day to visit in this location. The work leader is not here, no one is doing the job, all employees just... standing around chatting, turn on the music aloud, speaking their own language. I waited for almost 5 minutes, no one come totake my order. Finally one mustache guy came and I placed my orders. My coffee has coffee grind , the wedges is very hard andthe wrap is wrong. We are across the street , and we frequent this location offen, I myself go thru the drive thru every morning mon-fri. In the... past month or so i have seen a decline in customer service. There has been a change of staff. Seems they just can't get myorder right! i ask for a well done , double toasted bagel and it comes to me the opposite, barely toasted and minimal creamcheese. It is located inside the gas station, it is a sharing location with the convenience store and esso station. This Tim Hortons... almost offer everything that the other store offers. they have drive-thru window and they also have tables and high chairsinside. it is a very well maintained shop. Absolutely ridiculous service every time I get their drive through. Most recently ordered an everything bagel toasted with... butter, 2 hash browns and an apple juice. Told everything is in the bag. Got home and apple juice was missing, instead ofeverything bagel gave me sesame bagel that too burnt and without butter!! Like seriously!! PAY ATTENTION. Never returning again! Read more
