The worst tim Hortons I've tried in Ontario. I go to this Tim's a few times a week usually but I've cut down now because they... are consistently terrible. Not sure if it's because they are trying to go to fast but food is never made right. Would look likesomeone just slapped everything on just for the sake of it. I order an iced coffee everytime but more times than not, it haslittle to no sugar and is always oversplilling and dirty before I get it. Read more

The drive though experience was very bad. Ordered extra large coffee with 3 creams and the coffee I got was cream with hardly... any coffee in it. Ordered banana pecan muffin, but got chocolate chip muffin instead . Ordered another everything bagel toastedwith cheese and instead got poppy seed bagel not toasted. Very bad customer service. Worst experience ever would never visit this location ever again today the lady who took payment was not wearing mask on her... nose and seems like was eating something the cup lid was all dirty as in the picture attached and when i thought of having thetea without lid i found a small hair in the tea. Worst experience. I am a vegetarian and they put bacon in my sandwich. They should be ashamed that just because they have drive... through. They just care about their timing and not the quality. I am so frustrated but by the time, I saw bacon I drovefar. Never going back to this location. Read more
