Way slow to serve. And also, ordered the baconator and I don't know if this is normal, but it was excessively greasy. These kids play around too much and don't pay attention to your order, They always get my order wrong in the drive-thru even... though I repeat myself 3 times.. Terrible attention to detail. After ordering a double cheeseburger and waiting 15 minutes in the drivethru I got a double... cheeseburger without any cheese in it. You guys had 15 minutes to make sure it was right and it was still messed up. It?s sosad this place has dropped so much in quality? i know it?s cheap fast food but I?d recommend everyone to stay away from thislocation if you actually care about what you order. Read more

Honestly the worst Wendys ever! If I could give 0 stars I would! The app is glitchy and the stores wifi is terrible and not... working. The staff have no idea about good will gestures and when the app plays up and goes to mobile order and not inrestaurant, the offer disappears from the app and the staff wont honour the offer. The offer is lost from your list of offersand you are not able to purchase it anymore. Even when you try to explain it to the staff there is a language barrier and alack of understanding about customer service. When I asked for a straw, a staff member from behind the counter broke the paperfrom the straw covering and took the straw out and gave it to me. I felt sick instantly before I started eating! The fries weresuper salty and tipped upside down when we received them in the paper bag and the frosty was overflowing to the point where itwas leaking out of the cup! Please visit any other food eatery than this place, this is definitely worth a MISS! Read more
