The set up they have is ridiculous, you have to know what you want to eat before going dine in. And condiments are packets, and... if you want dessert and didn't order before entering, you have to leave your table, leave out and go stand in line to orderdessert for a table your already eating at. It doesn't take a genius to understand that business model is ridiculous to put itnicely. The food was good though, but the set up needs addressing quick, last time I doing that. The service is always horrible. If you ask for any condiments that aren?t on the table, you are met with a attitude. I asked for... a plastic spoon to feed my baby mashed potatoes and the waitress become upset and never brought it. I had to ask the guy who wasbussing the tables and he got it right away. Food has been cold the last three times I went so that was surely my last time. Iguess ?if? I return again the steakhouse is the only option since the buffet closes early! The same waitress mentioned about isalso the person handing out the drinks. She is just mean and rude. And don?t get me started on the fact you have to pick upyour own drink and walk back over for a refill. Read more
My husband and I went to this restaurant and the entire experience was great. The server refilled our drinks several times and... stopped by the table to check on us until we left. The food was great too. The guys in the kitchen were true professionals whoknew what they were doing. Good sized portions, the food was correct, flavorful and was delivered super fast. My only issue wasthe seafood gumbo - it was very good but a little salty. I can't wait to go back again. Truly a delightful experience. Read more
Service was TERRIBLE and the food was not as good as it use to be....never coming back here again. Of course, we left a tip as... we got service so needless to say the waitress did not get a tip. Also, don?t go during saints game because they are trying towork but they are not missing the game. The food was good and usually is, but the service always sucks. We waited to be seated because the hostess was talking to a... waitress about nothing important. No refills were offered and our waitress disappeared after giving us the check. Read more
As a table of 7, we got our food long after people who came in after us, only one of us got hot food where everyone one else's... food was cold and one person did not get his food at all. I ended up with an upset stomach soon after eating and diarrhea themorning after. Read more
I would like to give it more stars because my pork chop red beans with rice was delicious however my son ordered the fried... crawfish tails and did not get them until after all of us had eaten . We had to ask about his food at least 3 times minimum.When we got our check they had double charged for them and the waitress acted like we had ordered them twice when we hadn't.Probably because they were so clueless and paid no attention to our needs.
