While many have written about the owners being rude - my primary interaction has been with the kids that run this Carvel... ice-cream store in a daily basis. They are very nice and accommodating to even your trying kids. The Carvel strawberryice-cream tastes very weird and fake in its flavoring unfortunately. I find their soft serve (softy) ice-cream to be way toocreamy for my taste. Even in the kids cup, it became repulsive to eat after a point because of the strong creamy feeling asopposed to it being an ice-cream. Read more

always the best soft serve and ice cream cakes. the staff is happy to design anything on a cake for you and they do a great job... putting enough toppings on ice cream and in their shakes. Read more

asked for extra frosting gel on cake for the kids and they wouldnt do it.... disappointing... Belford store didnt ask twice and... said absolutely! 5 stars for them. Customer service is key in these tough times! Read more

I was lied to by the staff and treated extremely poorly by the owner. We placed an order for an iced cream cake that we decided... to change. When I called to change it, I was given a price by an employee but when I called back to place the order I was toldthe price was wrong and was given a much higher price. I knew what I heard on my call but the lady I spoke with insisted it wasthe owner I spoke with and the price had to be right. I told them to hold on the order until further notice. This wasupsetting. When I called again to let them know (as a courtesy), the owner answered and told me it was already made, and gotupset. When I told him why we no longer wanted it (we were lied to about the price) he got into a fighting match with meinsisting I was wrong and mentioned it must have been an employee that told me the price and not him. That made sense but Icouldn't get a word in with him yelling at me. He told me he didn't need my business and hung up on me. I called back to explainthat his employee gave the price and that's where this went bad...but he wouldn't pick up my call. So here I am. Horrible wayto run a business...let alone a franchise like Carvel! There are lots of other great placed to get iced cream in town. Wherethey treat you better. Read more

Carvel is amazing , however this location has expired flying saucers . Also it was 98 degree day and they do not have proper... cooling conditions all all ice cream was also melted and had a lot of fly?s around surface clean look beyond or not .. Read more
