small white kid was very rude. not sure what his name is but i?m sure you will know him if you see him. school shooter vibes.... he?s weird and creepy. asked me for my snapchat at the window and when i said no he messed up my order. when i came back aroundhe pretended i wasn?t at the window for 5 minutes then proceeded to say ?me and you would be great together but YOU FEMALESnever give me a chance? very weird experience will not be showing up here again until this cancer of a person is removed. Horrendous service and god awful quality of food. Edison gives very creepy vibes on top of the disgusting things he says.

Normally a very good spot for coffee but cannot stand this new worker Edison. Complete tool. I ordered a strawberry donut and he... gave me a Boston cream, then yelled at my mother when she tried to explain the simple mistake. Clearly has anger issues and zerorespect for anyone at all. Dunkin donuts has been my go to place for coffee for years. A new worker named Edison has ruined that for me. He is awful.... EXTREMELY rude and cannot make a simple cup of black coffee. Literally just a cup of black coffee and he adds a stupid amount ofsugar and milk then proceeds to blame ME for the ordeal. Will not purchase a thing from this dunkin as long as that horribleEdison is there. Worst experience ever he needs to be fired asap. My crippled grandmother could do better than him. Read more
10/10 just for the people skills. I came in for a Frozen Chocolate. The beverage looked nothing like the photo I came in for.... The person making it took a couple attempts before making it correctly once I brought it up. But all this without any attitude,in a very pleasant manner. Hard to find good people these days, keep up the good work! Read more
Horrible Horrible Place, I've been here a couple times and each time the service has just gotten worse! I usually don't do... reviews but this time the service I was provided was so bad that I just have to. I have been to this Dunkin at different timesthroughout the day so I have been helped by majority of the staff and for the most part, everyone is great! I was there acouple of nights ago, and the old man who is usually there seemed to be in such a rush to send me on my way with just half myorder! He was so rude and disrespectful, he barely understood anything I asked him. He had no customer service skills, and hejust stood there with his back to the window while i knocked to get his attention! The other employee got my food and drinkswhile the old man just stood there after taking my money! I asked for a receipt so I could do the survey for him but he flat outrefused to give me one!!! The managers need to teach the old man some manners or find some better employees. Avoid this placelike the plague unless you want to spend money on bad service and rude employees! I would give this Dunkin 0 stars if I could! Read more
Terrible management that allows horrendous actions by their employee Edison. He must be fired immediately! It?s also noted that... he can?t do his job right. Change is needed, otherwise this Dunkin? has truly gone downhill. Read more
