I went there around 4pm, The lady who work there she looked like South Eastern Asian, seems like she is manager or lead. She was... rude in customer service process. Horrible service. One time, Ordered munchkins by 25 and the lady didn't allow me to pick my preferred choices. Maybe they are... too busy, so I was like fine. Today, I am at the counter waiting for my order, Indian lady is like you left your garbage (strawwrapper) on the counter, Excuse me, 1 it?s was not my garbage and it?s your job to clean the counter. The lady didn't notapologized but rolled her eyes. Seriously, what a low quality DD. I been here about over 20x and today is my last draw. Ihave to just drive a little further for my Starbucks. Slow service, didn't even bother to mix the milk in the iced coffee. Every other dunkin I pick up from swirls the coffee so it's... mixed. I also ordered, waited 8 minutes, had a girl come in after me and get her order then the same girl who took my order askswhat I'm waiting for!? I said the 2 iced coffees that YOU took my order a couple minutes ago, I've just been standing herethinking you were brewing fresh...
