If you are going to Molto for pasta, you will not be disappointed! It is excellent! Stay away from the steaks as ours was... completely overdone. Overall , the staff is attentive and very friendly. Nice atmosphere for a small BYOB. Read more

One of the very few place in Neighborhood who make Neapolitan Pizza. Their Pizza base is good over all pizza is Not bad. Their... sauce is not very tasty they could improve their sauce and flavors .. I am comparing this to some of the best I have had likeTheresa’s (Princeton) or Porta’s (Asbury Park) Moltos can do better .. Read more

Molto has a great, trendy atmosphere. Food was very good and as others have mentioned, the Nutella Gelato was the best. The... main thing to consider is that it is very pricey (i.e $4.00 for a glass of Pepsi from a can with no free refills, $18.00 for asmall, personal Margherita pizza, etc). I think with so many other Italian options nearby, they should consider the pricingstructure as they haven’t yet earned the status and reputation to be THE destination bistro to go to that can justify thecost. That aside, no complaints with the dining experience and you’ll leave feeling you had just enjoyed a great meal. Read more

This place houses a unique, different style of eatery found here in Marlboro. The restaurant reminds me of Hoboken or Jersey... City. I respect how they have pictures/paintings of the remembrance of 911 stand boldly. But as always, my main focus is thequality and worth of the food. For an appetizer, we were drawn into ordering the Manzo Al Pepe Nero, which was divine and wellpresented! The pesto was flavorful, and the meat and bruschetta together with lemon- it's a big fat yes from me! Now anyappetizer may outshine the entree, but it kept getting better. For entrees, we fixed ourselves on the lamb and penna shrimpvodka. Let me describe how pleased my tastebuds were. The lamb was perfectly seasoned, with a crispy layer that added moreflavor. One note was the lamb came out cold but was quickly fixed and not overcooked. The mash potatoes were bright purple, light, and fluffy. The asparagus, god, the chef nailed them. They, too, held the consistency of perfection. They were crisp, well roasted, and beyond well seasoned. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and you can tell the cook seasoned during the boilingprocess. The sauce was creamy, rich, reminding you of comfort food. The only odd thing was shrimp in the pasta were minis.Regardless, my heart and taste buds were filled with pure bliss. The meal totaled about $88! I’m sorry, but have you heard ofexcellent quality for that price? I beg to differ… our server was friendly and knew the menu to a T. Impressive is anunderstatement. BYOB. Small and cute restaurant. The waitress was great and the food was just a good. When we arrived at the time of our reservation... the restaurant was not ready to sit us, we were waiting about 10 minutes before being sat. This is probably the most expensivebyob restaurant that I have visited. Just under $200 for 2 people with no alcohol, 1 appetizer, 2 entrees and 1 dessert. Read more

My wife and I had dinner at Molto tonight. We had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was very... flavorful. The owner and son also took the opportunity to chat with us even though they were extremely busy. We also learnedthat they serve creekstone meat, which is very high end. We hope to visit them again soon. Read more
