My favorite place Dunkin but gas station is very nice large selections of snacks soda etc and everything but nasty manager he... doesn't know this job. I told him tell your boss he has to open entrance of station and he said that it's not my job I don'tcare. I wanna spend $1000 for diesel I just spend $300 only because of this nasty manager. Grumpy workers. Inside is still shut down I have to wait online for 10 minutes to get the wrong food then wait online for... another 15 to return it. It's good for people who have a hour to kill and nothing to do.. Read more
Repeatedly, I have visited this store and the product reve2is unacceptable. I purchased a strawberry collata a few minutes ago... first the young lady thought I said a cooler which the other person correted her.In less than a minute she took the colatta tome and I wondered how was it done so fast. By the time I reach home the presumed collatta is like water so she much have justused the original thing she had and put the ice. Thars so wrong...There is no number for me to call the store. I stopped around 4 pm for a ice coffee. I hand the lady at the window the cash for the coffee. After she takes the money and... puts it in the draw says I?m sorry we have no change there is a shortage. I then say why didn?t you tell me before I paid Iwould have used my card or paid exact. She said we are very busy and there is a shortage everywhere. She was nasty and rude. AsI?m telling her to tell ppl before they pay she walks away and begins to take another order behind me. This was at the window. Ithen call over another woman bc I can see that the first woman was mad/upset at this point . Like others who have reviewed I have experienced many problems in this dd. Last week only drive thru was open. Today only people... paying with cards could order bc they had no change at 9:00 am. Seriously? On top of the annoying logistical issues, the youngwoman preparing the orders was extremely rude. She messed up the person?s order ahead of me. No apology. Fixed it and handed itback wordlessly. Next she plunked a drink on the counter also without a word, turned her back and went onto another order. Itried to get her attention twice saying excuse me is this mine. She wouldn?t acknowledge me. I checked the label myself, notreally wanting to handle another person?s drink, but no one else that actually worked there?s was being helpful. Turned out tobe mine. I took my drink and left. I am actually very happy that their coffee and service is so bad. My wife is a step from being a dunkin addict. This one is so... close to my house, I thought I may have to cancel cable to cover the bill. However, after multiple attempts they have provedthat its more often bad than it's good. First time going there on a Wednesday at 230. Was told I couldn?t order a ham and cheese roll up because they were cleaning.... Second day going there on a Friday at 430 was told they didn?t have any donuts. Definitely a horrible impression for a brand newstore. Should retrain your staff and at least explain to them what their job entails. Read more
Go here in the mornings & staff is polite, always accurate with my orders & fast.
