Decided to try the grilled chicken salad this afternoon! Not sure if the chef is a magician, but the chicken was MAGICAL!... Whatever they use to marinade the chicken is awesome. I?m 62 years old, and I can honestly say it?s the best flavor I?ve everhad with grilled chicken. The photo doesn?t do it justice, since I had already eaten about half the salad, and couldn?t finishthe rest. Everything on the menu made with the utmost attention to detail. It doesn't matter if you're ordering the fish and chips lunch... special or a staple favorite like grilled chicken salad. The fried food will be light and crispy and the grilled chicken breastwill be juiciest you've ever had on a salad. Also their homemade creamy garlic dressing should be bottled and sold. Village Green Pizza is by far the best restaurant in Marlborough hands down! The pizza is fantastic and the menu is superb! ... It is a family run business who are amazing! They give 110 percent in everything they do. We have done dine in and take outnumerous times. We even hosted a special celebration there as well this past winter. We have been coming regularly for years, and everything we have ordered here has been great.. The sandwiches are great, the... specials are excellent and although we don't get it too often, the pizza is great. The BEST fresh pizza I?ve had in a long time! I could give this place 10 stars!! The 3 item pizza I ordered came with anchovy,... mushroom and green pepper it was so fresh and the cheese so hot just made my day heavenly. My mom ordered the 3 item toppingpizza (small size on both pizzas) but she ordered the sausage, mushroom and green peppers and it to was absolutely Delightfullygood! We shared a bite of each pizza and they were perfect. Not too greasy absolutely perfect. Customer service was greeted witha smile and wonderful waitress.
