You get an extra star for convenience. The prices were expectedly high, though even higher than that. The staff...oh man. Not... only did they seem like they didn't want to be there, they didn't seem to enjoy their fellow employees or the prospect of themoney they could make from the convention going on. The staff yelling overheads of customers, not greeting or welcoming. Thewaitress one night was alright. I understood the kitchen was busy. The next day the bar crew was terrible. They didn't greetanyone, no acknowledgement of new customers, and when finally attended to, just not friendly at all. Seemed to hate their jobs.The breakfast crew-I don't know if that is all-star too but they were fantastic. The main bar, lunch and dinner- there areplenty of other places closeto the hotel. Read more
Good food for a nice price. Atmosphere is relaxing. Serving sizes are big. But. When a comicon convention or first event... conference takes over the grounds. Service can handle the rush at the bar. As for food. It slows. Read more
Pretty great for a bar in a hotel. The soups were really good and the salad was very consistent. Service was great even though... ths hotel was packed! I would give it more stars but I didn't really try anything fancy. Read more
The staff here really goes out of their way to make sure your experience with them is exceptional. The manager Debbie insurance... that everything will go right from Food Service to making sure your meal is just right. Read more
Beyond impressed at the customer service and the delicious food. I was extremely hesitant to try this restaurant as we do quite... a bit of travel and have not had such great food and service as my family has had the many times we have ordered from here. Keepup the excellent work! Read more
Hotel food. Not bad if you want something delivered to your room. As a Bar & Grill it is lacking. Food was cold. Pulled pork... sandwich was soggy. Again, not bad hotel food. Not a Bar & Grill. Manager did notice food was uneaten and took it off the bill.Still left hungry. Read more
Truthfully our bartender for the evening was extremely rude and incredibly slow managing the bar when it was not crowded. He... wasn?t friendly or personable at all and seemed to be in a miserable mood all of the night. The person who made the experienceworth it was Mamadou. He is absolutely incredible. Such a genuine human being and so kind and helpful to his staff and thecustomers. He was running around all night working harder than anyone else there and probably being paid the least. I will goback just for him! He was amazing and I appreciate all the hard work he puts in to his work!!!! Read more
The food was ok, but there were a lot of fruit flies flying around the dining room. The waiter brought my salad after my... entree. The place was dim and seemed dirty. Wine list was disappointing. Only one Cabernet was offered by the glass. Read more
