Today I was blown away by the service at Chick-fil-A. The woman who took my order was so friendly and personable. She remembered... my kids? names throughout the visit and even treated us to free sundaes at the end of our meal. Best ?fast food? joint around. Read more
Overall this was a good experience and lunch, as it was for many other chick-fil-as. I ordered a lot of food for 6 people... totaling around $43 in the drive through. They gave us a large bag and after we sorted out the food items we realized that theyhad missed a spicy chicken sandwich. I drove back into the drive through and after waiting for 5 minutes they gave us thesandwich with no questions asked and a very nice apology. The employees were courteous, the customer service was excellent andthe food was amazing. Just wish they could have double checked the order so that I didn?t have to go through the drive through asecond time. Read more
Missing half of the items at the drive-up. Previous visits to other stores have been very accurate. This one was missing a... sandwich and all of the sauces. Drove back and they corrected it. First visit & won't be my last! My now fav take out/fast food place! Manager was so wonderful, forgive me not sure if his name... is John Keith or Keith John very polite, held the door open for us on the way in, had no idea he was the manager, genuinely kind& friendly.
