HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! walk in team wasn?t ready to take my family?s order then proceeded to fill bowls with half the amount I... get from other chipotle barely a scoop from the serving spoon said something and was Ignored. Mad I got more beans then rice butbeans weren?t even drained everything was sloppy and wet more of a soup. Asked me if I wanted a bag duhhh then dragged the paper bag across dirty wet counter asked for another and pointed out what happened and dropper soiled bag into another and didthe same thing again. Got chips too, which were disappointing just like the rest of this experience. They were old and stale.Team seemed more interested in socializing with one another. Read more
Don't waste your time coming to this Chipotle's. This one frequently closes early. Went on Saturday at 1230 and it had... closed for the day. This isn't the first I've gone here only to find they've closed for the day. Read more
Was met with a stink face from the woman at the beginning of the food assembly line. Then another one of the workers put corn in... my burrito, even though I said ?just gauc?. Told him there wasn?t supposed to be corn, and he just picked some out and left mostof them in. I hate corn. Read more

Ugh. I honestly don't normally find it necessary to leave a review, but I had a terrible experience at my absolute favorite... place to eat. Not only did the guy taking my order seem more interested in flirting with me than fixing my bowl, but he also didnot listen. I most certainly said light on the hot salsa. My mouth is STILL on fire and I ate an hour ago. Needless to say, I ambummed. Chipotle is my favorite, but considering I took an Uber there, I can't return to rectify the situation. Probably won'treturn for a while. Do better fam. Because this was a treat, that turned out to not be worth my efforts at all. Sad day. & now Ican't even share this with my dog. Smh Read more
Marlboro chipotle is elite!! I know that sounds crazy because it?s a chain but literally Worcester and Shrewsbury suck!! Orders... always wrong, employees rude and portions skimpy. My experience with this chipotle is usually very good but this was ridiculous. I ordered a burrito and 3 tacos. My tacos were... supposed to have lettuce and be filled like a NORMAL taco. It was so empty I practically only had the shell. Oh, and on top ofthat the shells were stale and nearly unedible. And my burrito wasn?t wrapped and it made a HUGE mess. Read more
From being out of several food choices, to half of the seating area being closed and the other half completely full, to the... filth... Shall I go on? Well I will- The capper is no change in the register. Cashier: "I don't have any change... Is thatalright?". I don't even know what that is supposed to mean, bro. I am glad to not be from the area just so never have to thinkabout not going to this location again but I advise anyone who is considering going here, whether local or not, just don't doit.
