They always mess up my order but how!?!? Lack of open communication they were out of snacking bacon 1ce and gave me regular the... thin cheap ones that go in wakeup wraps. I've been a Dunkin Donuts customer for years now. I love their coffee and the donuts are always fresh and delicious. I will not be returning to this location. I went through the drive-thru waited about 15 minutes just to order, left and had to... turn around because my order was wrong. When i went inside to get a new sandwich instead of an apology i got an eye roll thenstood there for another 5 minutes to finally have them ask if i was waiting for food. They had remade my sandwich and not givenit to me so by then it was cold and so were my hashbrowns because i never got new ones. im pretty sure they just retoasted thesame sandwich too because it tasted stale and burnt. Food was cold and rubbery. We were trying to maneuver a wheel chair around an employee cleaning the bathroom, who just would not... get out of his way. At one point she opened one of the bathroom doors right into the back of his wheelchair. While eating ourfood, she was washing the table beside us and the spray was getting all over our food. I asked for napkins at the counter andwas sent out the main doors into a vestibule type place. You can't just hand me napkins? Anyway, glad it wasn't usual Dunks andwill probably never have to go back there again. Read more
