First time dining in at a Friendly?s in ages tonight. Forgot how much the service at a Friendly?s was usually slow, forgetful,... careless, etc. The food was alright but could?ve been better. Kinda wasn?t expecting this at a newer location and was hoping forit to be better. The server didn?t ask me if I wanted dessert after my main meal, as well as bringing me napkins, water or somethings at the right times while sitting down. I was sitting at my seat for an hour and a half by the way. I understand that theplace may be understaffed at times, as well as very busy. But there are plenty of things there that could and should improvemore. I went there another time recently trying to dine in when their hours said online that they were still open for likeanother couple hours or so. After driving nearly half an hour from my house just to go there and try to have a nice dinner, theserver said to me when I got there all apologetically that they wouldn?t be seating anyone else for the rest of the night. Andtoday when I got there, I was standing at the front entrance waiting for someone to seat me for at least 5 or more minutes whenthere were plenty of tables open and staff who could?ve been taking care of me. So with all that said and from now on, I?llprobably just order online and hope for the best instead of dining in and having to worry about sitting at my table for hours orexperiencing any other bad and long experiences. Definitely won?t order out from any Friendly?s often though, as I normallydon?t because of everything I just said above. And maybe I won?t even go back ever again. Read more
Always have liked going to Friendly's. The food here is definitely a guilty pleasure. The Super Melts taste great, the fries are... always good. This particular Friendly's also has a drive through. I've used it a few times, and while its not as quick as astandard fast food drive through its still quick enough. Read more

Oh so delicious! The strawberry milkshake is so delicious and they have amazing options aside from the burgers which honestly... are more tasty than the burgers. Lots of options friendly staff relaxed and fun atmosphere! Kids food available of course, manyoptions. Near lots of kid friendly places too and the whole development is newer. Very nice! Read more
I had to go and get a sundae from Friendly's today. I haven't had one from there in over 12 yrs. There are no Friendly's where i... live now. So i enjoyed my Coffee ice cream, walnuts and extra peanut butter sauce with whipped cream. It was so delicious Read more
Total came around $17 for a chicken tender meal with a milkshake. Not only is the value for your money incredibly low but just... look how it?s prepared. Upon pulling up there was no communication at the window, just handing my food and pushed away. Poorcustomer service, little to none value to your food, horrible presentation. Read more
We took a chance here despite the poor reviews, knowing we had a backup restaurant planned if service was as poor as other... reviewers have stated. It?s clear however, that they are trying. For a Wednesday night, the restaurant had a handful of patronsand our server, an older woman, was training a young server. We never caught their names but the older server was genuinelyinterested in our experience, making sure our food was delicious and that our experience overall, was good. Our mini mozzarellasticks came out hot and our entrees reminded me of the Friendly?s of old - hot, stuffed turkey supermelts packed with all theyumminess we remember from our childhood. This experience far exceeded when I first came here years ago. That experience washorrible, but this one was excellent. It?s evident that the server?s are trying. I hope the effort continues.
