Never been to this chain ever before. selections looked very good. Ordered the salmon bowl and we were not disappointed.... Understood made fresh and was busier at 6pm but I doubt business model was built on a 40 min wait for two bowls. Read more

I've ordered here before without any issues, but today after receiving my order I got half-way through my hamburger and I pulled... out of my mouth a HUGE/LONG black hair. Absolutely disgusting. I threw the rest of my order out. I called the location and theyoffered to refund my order which was generous, but before I was connected to the manager I was disconnected from the call by anemployee. Once I spoke to the manager he was incredibly short, and seemed to just want to get me off the phone. Seemed like Iwas speaking to a kid. They noted that they wear "hats" and there was nothing more he could do. Really disappointed as Ipreviously enjoyed this chain, but I take my cleanliness extremely seriously and am outright disgusted. came on a saturday around 3pm. the service was a little slow but we were OK waiting, they seemed understaffed and like they were... doing the best they could. we ordered the PB&J shake which was delicious, the vegan bowl, and the teriyaki bowl. while i thoughtthe teriyaki sauce could have been a little more flavorful, overall the food was tasty, healthy, and filling.
