The Baristas are personable and always helpful. I come here almost every day with my dog Nacho. He loves coming here for the... treats and seeing Jessie and all of them. They love Nacho because he makes them happy and brings a smile to their face. Ofcourse, I like coming here too, because they bring a huge smile to my face too. They're very thoughtful and friendly and workextremely hard. They very rarely get anything wrong, it's amazing how well they've done throughout the pandemic and the othertroubles were all living through in these crazy times. Any business that has lasted through the turmoil that this country hasgone through the last couple of years gets two big thumbs up from me. I mean that for the employees and the owners, because ifnot for a joint effort, it wouldn't work. For the owners I'm sure it wasn't easy to build an awesome looking store like theBolton St, Marlborough, Ma store. I'm sure it's also been more than difficult to keep the business alive in this environment. I just have to thank all your great employees and the owners, for keeping an American staple alive in these trying times. Wherewould we be without Starbucks? One of my favorite Starbucks in America. Who knew they could put a smile on your face every time you walk in best greeters... anywhere. I don't usually complaint but that's the third time the drink it's not the way it's supposed to be. Bought a iced latte that... comes with whipped cream and cinnamon on top but it didn't the coffee was like water. Today I got a mango dragon fruit drinksame thing that was only 2 pieces of fruit and almost clear tasted like water. :( If people pay almost $10 in a drink I wouldlike to taste better. Clean, courteous and fast. I Loved the outside patio. Even though at times i felt i was being watched????. Some of The outside... tables needed to be cleaned. Now my raisin and cinnamon bagel was perfectly toasted and my cream cheese wasn't warm thank youfor that. I truly despise when they put the cream cheese in with the bagel and making it warm gross????. Now I don't rememberthe name of my drink but even with liquid sugar it was still to sour. My partner got a mocha java chip Frappuccino with whipcream delish ????. He got an everything bagel again perfect. Read more
Ignored my mom when she was at the speaker then when I called to inform them that the drink they gave me was a latte and not a... iced matcha green tea latte the manager had the audacity to tell me to stop complaining and that my drink had to much caffeineand sugar when I explained I didn?t need 2 shots of espresso ???? clearly she hung up on me and tried to spin the story that Iyelled at her when she was having a meltdown ???? they are clearly smoking crack and can?t read. When my mom ordered my drinkthe lady said ?vanilla and vanilla sweet cream cold foam? like why are you judging me girl judge yourself ???????? then tried tooffer me a gift card and remade drink when I called back to explain the whole story to someone else. Great staff at the Marlborough Starbucks! My wife and I stopped in to grab a quick bite and some coffee while we waited for her... doctors appointment. Very nice seating area for customers with plenty of plug-ins to charge your laptop or phone. Read more
