We had lunch at DiCintio?s on our way back from Oklahoma to Fort Worth and I read the reviews and really wanted to go there. The... interior design looks really nice and the staff was friendly. My family and I are new to Oklahoma, moving here from the east coast. Pizza is very different here but Dicingios hits the mark... and will keep us coming back. We first traveled here for pizza while visiting and met the owner, who was super friendly and veryaccommodating to our east coast taste (less cheese and cooked longer). Now, our latest visit some 3 months later he rememberedus, asking how the move went and remembered our new town. Things like this matter and take the business to the next level. Nowto talk about the pizza, it's delicious worth every penny charged and the drive you have to make for it. Again, we ask for welldone and maybe a little less cheese. This time we ordered a plain cheese and the Margherita (fresh motz, basil, pecorino Romanocheese and EVOO). Perfectly cooked, crisp undercarriage but still soft dough, sweet/tangy sauce and quality ingredients. Withouta doubt the best pizza we have had since arriving in OK, a MUST visit. Read more
I have had my fair share of NY style pizza all over the US. I have also had my fair share of pizza in general since moving to... Oklahoma. I had all but given up hope on finding a pizza in Oklahoma that is even enjoyable. Falcones was the best I had founduntil recently. Then I tried this joint. PHENOMENAL!!!!!! One of the best I have had anywhere in the country. Not only is thefood top notch, but everyone on staff is just awesome! They really go out of their way to let you know you are appreciated as acustomer. This is now my go to for food in general, and has become a weekly ritual for my family to get a pie from DiCintio's.Give it a shot, I promise you will be glad you did. Read more
Oh my gosh!! This is definitely a hidden gem. The salad was fresh, and the pizza was the best with cheese that strings from pan... to plate just the way you like it!! The thin crust was crispy! I've found no others who have been able to pull that off. TheCanadian bacon was very flavorful. I live in Texas and can hardly wait to go back. Not only was this a wonderful place to stopand have a delectable pizza. You are entertained by the art of pizza tossing! Yes!! When was the last time you saw that?! Whatseals the deal though is the owner. He's friendly and personable and actually cared about whether our pizza met our expectationsor not. We loved this place. Maybe you will, too. This place is a hidden gem. It?s kind of out of place in a town like Marlow. Nevertheless, this modern little restaurant is... clean, comfortable, and has great staff & authentic pizza. The owner is (from what I?ve heard) from New York and based on myexperience, knows how to make pizza. It was very fresh, tasty, crispy, and cheesy. The garlic knots, salad and pizza weredelicious.
