Ashley refused my service on last Saturday because she SD I was rude. I was trying to explain how to make a special burrito... cause I can't do crumble sausage. Not sure how she is an assistant manager. I was the only customer in parking lot and sheturned my money away instead of trying to be polite. I did tell Brenda about it and she SD she would talk to her but not surethat will help her assistant . Needs better help here. Read more

Got my food, it was fresh and good.
Twice I have ordered the new grilled double cheeseburger from Marlow Sonic and it is supposed to have mustard and ketchup. It... had no ketchup or mustard and was as dry as could be. The ketchup and mustard is what makes it so good. This is the only sonic Ihave been to that they are nasty. Read more
Everytime I go to this sonic I end up waiting for at least 30 minutes for my food. I was told that it was because of the... jalapeno peppers that I ordered this time, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't take 30 minutes to deep fry some poppers. Thishappens "LITERALLY" every time I reluctantly choose this place to get my food and I feel as though I'm being targeted for somereason or another.
