My family and I are disappointed. The employee was friendly but our order was made incorrectly... again. The mobile ordering app... is easy to do, and you would think the sandwich making process would be easy to complete correctly if the employees would readhow the customer wants their sandwich made; yet this particular Subway consistently gets our order mixed up. They need ro hire more subway help. Every Sunday we go in there they only have 1 person behind the counter making subs and... checking people out. They end up with a line all the way to door. Read more
Getting skimpy on topping and meat and cheese..more bread than anything..limited to only white cheeses and never a choice in... breads..tomatoes are always green tasting. Read more
The online.order was ready when I arrived. There were issues with a coupon but it was resolved and handled well.
Great service. The lady who served us was friendly and very knowledgeable.
They can't make a sandwich right even when pull it up on there website and show them.
They're more worried about online orders than the customers in the store
