YUMMY YUM?? I had the best 3 lamb chops with spinach and petite buttered potatoes last week. The lobster bisque is delish with a... few chunks of lobster. The chef actually came to the table to check on us and gladly added special seasoning to my dish (asrequested). Clean, crisp, quiet and spaced out atmosphere on a Sunday. Very nice Italian restaurant! They have outdoor seating which is covered and shielded from the elements. We had a small family... graduation dinner here and we all left full and happy! Carmen was our server, he was perfect. Food was delicious, they do havemultiple vegetarian options too! Read more
This place was a total chaos even with reservation we have to wait 40 minutes. Had to request a booster sit to more than 5... different people. The appetizer came and we waited over 15 min. To get utensils and plates. Food took over 1 hr. Read more
Despite being short staffed they came together and pulled it off to make a great evening with delicious food and consistent... service from one of the members from the wait staff and team. The food was made well and came out quickly. The only negative wasthe warm chocolate cake which came out cold and somewhat frozen in the middle. Read more
Went there for lunch with a friend I hadn't seen for awhile. Felt very rushed to order. Place was not very full at all. Lunch... menu is very limited & some strange things for an Italian restaurant. I finally order a flat bread pizza which came out cold.Went back to the kitchen..still was not hot. It was chicken with parmasan drizzle, no tomato sauce as stated on menu but thinslices of tomatoes with no taste at all. The crust was like a thin cracker. Terrible..posting pictures after I brought it home.Threw it out. My friend got the lobster bisque which she said was good & eggplant parm..ahalf order. (SPECIAL) was tasty an veryhot but loaded with sauce. Guess they were waiting for that to come out of oven & my order sat getting cold. Place has gone downhill. Came to Brio for dinner the other night, it was a great experience. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet and we got our... food quickly. I loved the calamari rings, they were cooked perfectly (nice and crispy) and the sauces they came with wereincredible. The pasta alla vodka is always tasty, the ricotta filling is perfectly seasoned. My personal favorite part of themeal was the delicious caramel cheesecake. It was light, fluffy, and delicious. Brio is a nice restaurant to get great qualityfood from! Read more
On Sunday July 4. 2021 there was a line of customers wanting to be greeted to secure their reservations or get a table. A... bartender left his station to at least greet the customers until the hostess returned. The hostess was seating another guest.Upon being seated, the table adjacent to my table was dirty and was not cleared until the end of our meal. The equipment used tobus the table remained in place the duration of our meal . As you can see in the pictures the equipment was directly in front ofcustomers who were celebrating a birthday. Lastly I discovered that the restaurants name is the same, however they are under anew company. My entree was palatable, however it was not at the same level as the previous owners. The wait staff were prompt,friendly and professional. The menu items are not at the same level as the previous owners to justify the cost. Read more
One month ago, we had my daughter-in-laws baby shower here. In the past, we have had wonderful experiences at Brio and I have... recommended this restaurant many times, but this was a fiasco. As I was pulling up to the restaurant with a carload of favors,centerpieces and decorations, the manager calls to ask me if we were doing the patio area, so obviously, the tables were notset. When tables were ready, there was a plate and a napkin at each place setting, no salad plate, no glassware, no pitchers ofwater, Nothing! I did order pitchers of Sangria, which were on a table off to the side with glasses there, I of course was thewaitress for our guests, offering and pouring the Sangria. The wait staff was nowhere to be found. Many times I had to look forthe waitresses. No one came to ask the guests if they wanted a drink ( coffee, tea and a beverage were included). Although thefood was delicious, I had to ask for more chicken to be brought out. The platters consisted of four chicken breasts cut inhalf. One of the wait staff suggested we wait to have cake until after my DIL opened her gifts. Well, during that time no oneasked guests if they wanted coffee or tea. The coffee was served to the guests after they ate their cake. I normally do not doa negative review, but I have been talking to the catering manager Denise, who works from NY since the day after the shower andI feel I have gotten no satisfaction. I'm sorry Brio, but you have lost a customer and I will not recommend your restaurantagain. Read more
