I placed my order online using the Chipotle App for pick up at 5:00PM on 11/5/2022, I did arrive around 6:00PM to pick it up,... because the time for pick up never truly has been "on time" for which I do not know why they still make the brokenpromise. Once arrived I walk in and I noticed the mobile orders are behind the "preparation area", which to no surprise as perusual the orders are backed up. That night there were three employees working nearest the mobile pick up orders, and I had askedthe employee nearest for my order. I walked up to the employee nearest the end of the threshold in between the dining and themeal prep area, and before I could even speak! He is not only yelling but BROADCASTED " IF I DIDN'T CALL YOU NAME DON'T COME UPHERE FOR THE ORDER ISN'T READY." I was in disbelief that my customer service experience for my $60.00 order that was hopefullyready prior to my arrival BUT WAIT..... The young African American employee working at the end of the meal prep. line MESSED UPMY ORDER! So not only does he not have customer service skills, but he also is not capable of following instructions either. Mymain issues that I experienced while picking up my order on 11/5/2022 was equivalent to a rice cake, then barbacoa bowl. None ofthe orders had names on them as to distinguish those to whom the bowls belonged. I never received any of the order(s) of chipsand guac at all. Not to mention the bottom of the chipotle bag was moister than a trip to Five Guys, by the time I had arrivedin the car that was the end of the bag, thankfully I had bags to support the rest of the order from exploding in my car. Fromexperience you must get corporate involved for issues like this, as honestly, I cannot see my order being any different fromanyone else that may have ordered from the app that night. The workers seemed depressed/high/didn?t be there. They were out of many items. The tables were filthy (dead bugs and lots of... food). My food was very cold. Trash cans are overflowing. I am fairly disappointed with my experience at the chipotle atSagemore. I will not be returning as there multiple cleaner and more positive locations at can go. Read more

I took my family to this Chipotle location yesterday (Sunday) at 6PM for dinner. To my surprise, I was told that they're only... taking online orders. We were able to walk in to see multiple employees preparing food, but since I didn't order online, theyrefused to serve me. I'm surprised they didn't blame it on Covid. The price of food is skyrocketing and business like thistry to get away with poor service. They are never getting my business again. Read more

I typically wouldn't take the time to rate a chain place, but multiple times they've screwed up my online order. Today my bowl... was missing more than half the items;. It was missing veggies, cheese, tomato, lettuce, corn, sour cream, salsa etc. It wasonly rice, beans and meat. And last time, my whole order just wasn't there. I showed them the online order, it was correct,right location but they couldn't find it in their system. Took more than a half hour to figure out they needed to remake it,and they gave me a pen and paper to write down 4 orders instead of putting it in the computer. I don't know if it's thislocation or chipotle, but I think I'm done with this place. Read more

All of the kids working in there are careless and sloppy. I got a mobile order pick up today. My friends bowl was literally... leaking out of the side and the top looked like it had been crushed. My tacos were so sloppily made that they weren?t even onthe tortillas when I opened the bin. The two working the mobile order area (where my order was) were putting stickers on oneanother and screwing around on company time. I also watched them allow tons of people to come in and leave without paying fortheir mobile orders because there was an issue processing payments on the app and no one working there was aware. Mind you, Iwas the first to inform them by letting them know I was instructed to pay inside. This place is garbage, along with most otherchipotles now a days. Do better. Read more

Spent $13.11 on a chicken burrito and it says extra chicken on the receipt which I never asked for. Didn?t notice there?s any... extra chicken compared to what I usually got from other chipotle locations. Final when I used cash to pay for my food. The stafftold me needs to be exact change! Every time I go to this location, there is an issue. Every time. One time I ordered ahead using the app to get 2 bowls. When I... showed up there was employee drama going on and I had to wait an additional hour for my food. Tonight I ordered and figured myfood wouldnt be done on time so I ran some errands and when I showed up, the food was not even started, 30 minutes after thepickup time. When receiving it, it was missing guac on a bowl and on the side for chips. It's not even worth it to go to anylocation, they all suck. Food is good, but the order is never done right and it's not worth the wait. Why doesnt corporate doanything to fix this, it's absolutely terrible. Read more

Couldn?t be more disappointed. I Love chipotle but I will never visit this location or possibly any others again. For the second... straight time after ordering on the app, my order was not ready for pickup at the pickup time I was given. I normally wouldn?teven complain about something like this but I waited 40 minutes after my confirmed pick up time and they still didn?t have myorder ready. If I hadn?t already ordered and paid on the app I could have ordered at the counter and walked out in less than 5minutes as the restaurant was NOT busy and had plenty of staff there. My order was a single burrito and they couldn?t seem tomake it in almost an hours time, 40 minutes of which was after i was told it would be ready. Customer service has failedspectacularly at attempting to make the situation right. Read more
