Not at all impressed. My burrito bowl had a severe lack of portion size. I received 4 strips of steak. I could see the bottom... of the one side of the bowl. Wow, Joe Biden's America hit Chipotle hard. I won't be coming back if this is what I get for $12a bowl. Read more
Wanted 2 quesadillas but couldn?t order in store only on line. Hmm okay so 2 burritos which were both disgusting. Ordered a... chicken and steak and couldn?t tell what either meat was and tortilla was stale. After she threw the meat, veggies, rice andcheeses in she just rolled it up so when eating u had nothing combined just chunks of mystery meat, then rice and at the endsome peppers and onions scattered! I ordered tonight and they were clearly backed up and understaffed. Pick up time was 7:30 and didn?t get our order until 8:00.... Didn?t put in my guac that I paid for and our orders were wrong. This location needs some extra staff because I waited 30 extraminutes to get my order that was completely wrong. If they were out of guac they should have said something and lowered theprice. Although we have ordered from Chipotle many times before, this is the first time due to covid-19 that we actually went into the... restaurant to order. The process was smooth and the employee was masked and wore gloves to keep things safe. Our order wasdelicious as usual. Read more
Absolutely awful. Ordered online. Rice was crunchy and not cooked. I ordered double steak and had to hunt for 5 of the tiniest... pieces of steak i have ever seen, it was comical. (I thought at first they made it vegetarian). Tried to call the store tocomplain but no one answers. Will never be returning here. Don?t waste your money. Read more
