Purchased for the first time last night as a pick up order and within 4 hours became violently ill. Not sure if the salad is... washed properly or if tools and/or prepared area is cleansed through the day but I have never experienced food poisoning likethis. Read more
Chopt is a new, fun salad & grain bowls spot in Marlton! Slightly confusing process (would help to have more instructions... listed), but super friendly staff helped walk through the options and menu!!! Got a custom salad bowl - giant portion size,packed with unique ingredients, and wonderful dressing options at a very reasonable price! Will definitely be coming back often! Read more
I arrived at Chopt around 6 pm with only one person in front of me but it took 12 minutes for any of us to be acknowledged by... the 6 young staff members walking around the back of the counter. While in line, I counted 8 people working but it appeared thatnone of them were attentive to the customers and only one person was completing orders. The person who made my bowl added anincorrect ingredient (which I had to correct for her to take off) then didn't add two other ingredients (which again Icorrected) to which she responded "oh we ran out." When I brought my food home to eat it there was hair in the food........ Iam hoping that all of these kinks were apart of being new with young and untrained staff but I wouldn't eat at this locationagain if this is the experience. Read more
I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! The dine in atmosphere is open and airy with tons of natural light and ample seating.,... as well as meticulously clean. The manager, Mike, was very knowledgeable about the menu and so courteous to customers and staff.The menu items are fresh and of the most excellent quality. From the bottom of my heart I?ve never had a better salad. Thecauliflower rice the best I?ve EVER had. I can?t wait to try everything on the menu!!! This place is AMAZING!! Love the atmosphere, very welcoming and open. The staff was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave... amazing suggestions. Dani recommended the Harvest Bowl. I substituted the wild grains with cauliflower rice and it wasdelicious. While I was eating the manager Mike even came over and cleared the table. Haven't received service like that in afast casual restaurant in a long time. Can't wait to go back and try something else!!! Read more
What an awesome new Salad spot!! Right in Marlton surrounded by lots of other fun places you can stop and have a healthy... delicious salad! The bread is fresh and delicious and all of the salads are freshly chopped and you can?t beat the awesome spaceto hang! There are electrical outlets if you want to study and eat, warm grain bowls, crunchy delicious salads and kids meals!The kids portions were very generous also! The staff and manager Mike were very welcoming and helpful!! We can?t wait to visitagain and try something new and fresh!! Lettuce and avocados were brown. Bowl was full of the hard white pieces on the lettuce more than the actual lettuce leaf. No... wonder why the containers of lettuce are far behind the counter because if I saw the garbage that was being placed in my bowl Iwould I told them to forget it and left to spend my money on fresh greens. Ridiculous. $14 down the drain. Not sure whyemployees think it?s ok to put brown/black pieces of avocado on a $14 salad. I asked for and was charged for extra avocado notknowing it was completely brown on the inside since they were turned over in the bin. I was the only one in line so it wasn?tlike they were rushing and couldn?t take the time to give out better looking portions. Disappointing. Read more
