Ordered a gelato it was all water ice, no ice cream. The ice cream that there was was extremely sour. Had to ask multiple times... for a spoon. A spoon wasn?t offered. The teeny bopper be hind the counter was rude. When I asked for a manager a rude women whoseemed to be in charged was clearly overwhelmed. She argued with me from the beginning. She wouldn?t listen to me. This is thesecond time I?ve gone in and have had an unacceptable experience. I will be surprised if this establishment is opened nextsummer. Stopped in last week for a dozen bagels. Jackson who was working the counter, decided after adding two or three bagels to the... bag assumed he needed a larger bag. While grabbing a larger bag, he placed the bag with bagels already in it,(a bag of food) onthe floor. I could not believe my eyes. When I questioned his action, he actually debated the bagels being in a bag, ?theydidn?t touch the floor.? Really? I think it would be sad to see how you handle food in your store when customers are notaround? This was the point I was driving to him but he still did not understand. You do not place food being served to anyone onthe floor. Box, bag, in anything. Your store floor and a product to be served in a not a good practice. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Very patient with an indecisive 6 year old. They?ve also started serving breakfast items and... they have amazing bagels!
