The delivery drivers are always sweet but the man who works the counter is awful. I?ve worked in food service and always try to... give the benefit of the doubt but this guy is rude and his customer service is atrocious. We finally reported to corporatebecause he yelled at my 13 y.o son when he called to check on the order. The pizza isn?t worth the aggravation when you call. Read more
I have to stop getting Domino's. Far too salty. I had to throw away 2 inedible pizzas last month. I am eating a cheese steak... right now and am fighting through the saltiness. I haven't tried today's pizza yet. I am afraid that I might have to trash it ifit comes up salty. Read more
Had there been a negative, thats more apt for it. Delivered pacific veggie pizza with pepperoni in it. On call back, store... manager did not even apologize, offered credit. As if people can eat credit. Said will deliver pizza again but cannot make anexclusive delivery do will wait for 1 hr. Horrible online ordering experience! First, I tried to use a coupon for $7.99 for any size carryout pizza with up to three... toppings. I put the pizza in the cart, and it came up for $10.99 instead of $7.99. That was because chicken is considered a"premium" ingredient, which they don't tell you. I took off the chicken and replaced it with mushrooms. Then when it finallycame up for $7.99, it wouldn't take my gift card. I called the store and was told that they don't work online. You have tobring it to the store to pay in person. A gift card should DEFINITELY work online. This is ridiculous. I'm going back to PapaJohn's! Read more
I ordered a pizza and two orders of the speciality chicken. When only one box of chicken arrived, I called to make a complaint.... The lady on the phone was very disrespectful, blaming me and my mother for the situation. Dominoes is responsible for deliveringour ENTIRE order to us, it?s their job. Then I asked to speak with a manager and the lady refused and hung up on me. I?m nothappy with the way me and my mother were spoken to on the phone and will not order from here again. Read more
I placed the 2 order for Garlic bread twist for my kids and his friends who were there for sleepovers but the store sends bites... instead, I called the store spoke to manager Katrina I asked her why she send bites she is like I know I sent you purposelybecause I had it prepared already no apology and no refund even though she told me to issue it. Its Domino's. Wings were hot, but small in comparison to others. Pizza is good. The app works well but it said my order was... ready and I still had to wait 6 min outside for it. The staff was friendly and curious. Read more
I accidentally ordered my food as a cash payment and didn?t realize it. And instead of being understanding, the driver was rude... and got annoyed.
