There was a woman who was quite pleasant both at the speaker & window who even wished me a good day. Usually I don't tip at D&D... as I don't think it's a tippable service unless someone is assembling a coffee but being a bit extra nice qualifies too in mybook. I felt awful that I didn't have any change & didn't realize there'd be a bowl for it at the drive-thru window. The coffee,donuts, & croissant sandwiches are still yummy but they have shrunken down in size quite a bit over the years. Also, there areno longer combos available so the value just isn't there. Rude over the intercom, frustrated telling us to move up when we hadnt even ordered yet. At the window, Workers joking about how... long customers are willing to wait for their orders. Meanwhile, there were only 2 cars on a late morning and it took an absurdamount of time to get just 2 drinks and a bag of hasbrowns. And they forgot the hasbrowns... On my way home from work tonight right before closing I went to this location and placed a mobile order. Before I could even say... I had arrived to pick it up, Ashley was already reading me my order to let me know that she had my order ready. She was fabulousduring the entire interaction and actually listened to my order, which doesn?t happen often at other Dunkin?s. I usually get ablack coffee and nine times out of ten, other dunkin?s in the area add tons of cream because they fail to even look at theorder. I go about 15 minutes out of my way to go to this Dunkin specifically because of people like Ashley who always listen tomy order. It?s really hard to find a good consistent Dunkin close by, but here they are always good. Read more
I asked for a black iced coffee and they gave me a black coffee with foam on top. No big deal. Asked politely for them to fix... it. I watch him go in the back and stir the foam into the drink and then hand it back to me. The foam has sugar and I cannothave sugar. Read more
This place is racist with terrible customer service. I've experienced this on multiple occasions. But, this is my fourth time... giving them a shot. Only to be ignored at order pickup, and treated rudely. While I watch them use excellent customer service toother patrons of Caucasian decent. I stop at this dunkin on the way to work all the time and everytime I have an issue with my order. When I order ice cappuccino's... they always give me ice coffee instead and there is always coffee grinds in the coffee! I would recommend staying away from thislocation unless you wanna risk wasting your money on gross coffee. Read more
Gorgeous location. I thought, "Maybe this dunkin' is different." So I pulled in to get a couple dozen for an early client... meeting. Turned out to be the same old unfriendly kinda dunkin' store I've come to know and not love. Seems like they're onlyletting franchises to people who don't have much of a service ethic, I don't know. But I do notice how few donuts are out. And Inotice how few varieties there are compared to what it used to be. When you order a couple dozen mixed, it's clear they'reloading you up with all their non-sellers. Had to ask twice to stop with the gooey iced donuts. Anyway - lovely grounds. I ordered a mobile order and then went to the store a few minutes later. It was closed. You wasted my time on my way to work. If... you are going to close early at least have the decency to turn off mobile ordering so that nobody orders to your store. Read more
