Horrible service. The workers there are all young and don?t care about their job. Young girl at register gave me an attitude... when I asked her a question. The next day my husband wanted hot chocolate?he went there at 8:34pm and the doors were locked.(Closes at 9pm). He seen the young boy that works there sitting down on his phone and never got up to unlock the doors . He justshrugged his shoulders. This location is terrible . I?ve ordered from Dunkin Donuts before without an issue, but this time will be my last time ordering delivery. I don?t know if... Dunkin has a specific time when they stop serving certain breakfast foods or not but it certainly seemed that way when I openedmy bag. I ordered 3 wraps. Two wraps came in the same bag, okay bag shortage in Jersey, so no problem, but all the wraps wereserved on dry crusty tortillas that broke the moment I pulled them out of the bag. All three wraps also had a green substance onthem that, after careful examination, looked like pesto. Not sure what these wraps were doing near pesto but each wrap wasstained with it. The wraps must have been heated up too much because the cheese inside of them was burnt up so bad there wereblack spots inside the wraps instead of cheese. I ordered my fiancé a bagel with meat and cheese and his bagel was burnt. Thiswas such an unpleasant experience that I will not be ordering delivery from Dunkin again. I?ll just go up there and if Godforbid something is wrong with my food I will have them make it over right then and there. Read more
Horrible Donkin Donuts. Every time I come here no matter the time of day, the coffee is always watered down. They also always... seem to run out of donuts! The workers have poor customer service skills. I was once over charge and paid for the wrong orderbecause the cashier didn?t know what she was doing. I can go on and on. This location truly sucks! Rough week!!! Monday morning (10/7) they were clearly understaffed and I had to wait 5 minutes or so to get my Mobile ordered... coffee. Tuesday morning 10/8 I had coffee grinds in my coffee???? I had to strain my coffee with a paper towel when I got towork. Today 10/9, I walked in to grab my mobile order that was placed 5 minutes prior & 3 employees were standing around chitchatting. Neither of them knew my order came thru until I grabbed my straw & just stood there in front of the mobile pick upshelf. Read more
I have gone there many times since they have opened and I always order a latte with whipped cream. And go to the window and... they tell me they have no whipped cream. Then once in a while , I get mini bagels ,which is two , and I only get one. I reallydo not recommend this location.
