First time customer. I wanted the protein salad but was not on the kiosk to choose from so I had to make up my own salad. I... think the kiosks are way too close to each other and people can see your name n number as well as your payment info. If I returnI?ll pay at the register from now on. There should be hand sanitizer at each kiosk because your touching the screen that otherpeople touched. My receipt did not have the cost of the two lunches which was disappointing. It only has the ingredients of whatyou ate. I would like a printed receipt. The salad was good but it seems more choices on my phone than the kiosk. With Covidstill around I?m surprised the kiosks are so close to each other. I would not eat in. Too noisy and didn?t look too clean. It?skinda of pricey but for your paying for healthy food. I am not a healthy eater so I was a little taken back when my wife wanted to go here for lunch. To my surprise the service was... quick, the employees were friendly and the food was very good. The only reason for the four star was the bathrooms were messy. Iwill definitely go back again. PS the buckwheat honey is the best of all three. I was frequent patron of this restaurant until I received a meal with seeds in it. I have Diverticular Disease which prevents... me from eating seeds, so I specifically asked for no seeds. No worries though, mistakes happen. But, when I spoke with Nicoleat support, she didn't want to compensate me for the food I couldn't eat because I couldn't produce a receipt. Read more
