My steak was very burnt. The blooming onion was overcooked too. And the shrimp I got was so salty, I returned it. However, our... server was very nice and attentive. He tried to convince us to get a new dinner (2 of us had the same meal, same problem), andthen he said he would speak to his manager. Manager never came to our table. I ordered delivery a few weeks ago because I work from home. I wanted a medium well steak and this is what I got. No warm pink... center. so I complained and manger Connie did send me takeaway cards to compensate for my meal. Today I ordered the same steakmedium well and again this is what I got. The food was delicious! The service was even better! Lauren was so attentive and sweet! She was prompt, delightful to be around... and definitely deserves a raise! Where?s my change? I know it seems petty but after a very disappointing dinner at least I could have gotten my change back.... $.39. Gave them a $100 and they gave back 43 not 43.39. Smh Just wasn?t the Outback I remember. Bloomin Onion was firstsmaller than it used to be and second very greasy. I felt it was precooked and under a heat lamp before it was served tous. First batch of steaks were cold. Nuff said. Sent it back. Second time the steaks were medium rare not medium ok looked overthat. Warm? Yes but not hot. And a lot, a lot of fat. Smh. Was pretty flavorless too if you ask me. Shame, was looking forwardto the visit after watching a good movie in the theater. Won?t be back anytime soon. Read more
We used to love going to Outback. Though it has been a few years with Covid and such. Not that our meal was bad. We just have... had tastier and more complete meals in the past. Maybe our memory of Outback could never match the actuality of today'sOutback. My wife's steak was much thinner than we remembered and mine had much less flavor than I remembered. Again, not bad,just did not meet our expectations. We may or may not try again. Read more
