Today is our 22nd Anniversary and we decided to go to PF Chang's for dinner. We made reservations online. We checked in at our... allotted time and were seated shortly after that. At our table was a very nice "Happy Anniversary" card signed by many of thestaff. Our waiter was Ray. Over the course of our meal, he took excellent care of us and made sure everything was on point. At the end, he brought out this cool "sparkler" thing and gave us a great dessert on the house as an anniversary gift. Frankly,Ray's service was second to none...literally some of the best service and interaction at a restaurant to date. The manager, "T"(?) also stopped by and we had a great conversation. Lettuce wraps for starters, they were a bit skimpy on the lettuce size for my liking but what was there was enjoyable to eat. ... My sea bass on a bed of spinach and rice was enjoyable. The spicy shrimp were a delight. Read more
Wait time to be seated on a Saturday evening was 50 minutes, not bad, busy is good...right? Once seated the service was quick,... efficient and friendly. Food was delivered timely and it was hot. Sesame chicken, however, was a little scant on chicken andheavy on broccoli. The flavor was good. Also had california sushi and dynamite shrimp appetizers, very good. My first time here was bringing my step-dad out for his birthday! Some food dishes came out better than others. Same thing with... the drinks. Service was good too. Overall it was a nice experience. I think I'd come back only if it was for a special occasion,not something I can call my favorite go to restaurant though. Read more
Went here for my grandson’s birthday party ???? I liked how they set up the tables for us. How friendly they were.... Reservations were made weeks prior. A birthday cake was bought and they brought it out after we eat. The server was also verynice she interacted with us it was very nice. You don’t see that anymore. She was very attentive to us we had a big group ofpeople. The server took our orders and the food came out quickly not everyone from our party was there at the same time that wewere there. but the minute they got there she was right on track getting their drink and their order. We enjoyed it. Sitting at the bar enhanced our experience. Our bartender was great and she really took care of us!
The good was great a party of 6 and everyone was happy with the food. The food came out fast the service was amazing. The place... was clean and nice in side. First time makes the best impression and they definitely did both my kids want to come back forthere birthdays. We took much more photos but I don't want to post photos of people. Another disappointing restaurant chain. We ordered around 4-5 items. Fried rice was so awful( tasteless, No flavor, uncooked... veggies ). The other items were also equally bad. Also, I waited for 15 minutes at the takeout counter. They saw me but did notrespond. This restaurant once upon a time was good. I am never going back to this restaurant again. What a waste of time andhard earned money. ???? Read more
