I placed an order for my family at 4:27 PM that was projected to be fulfilled by 5:03 according to their app. When it did not... arrive 15 minutes after the projected delivery time, I called the store to see what was going on. They told me that the doordash delivery driver did not have my address and that they gave it to them (despite the fact that all of my info was correct onthe order form). They told me he was on the way so I waited another 15 minutes. Still no food came so I called again, and theperson told me that they would reach out to door dash and get back to me. Ten minutes passed without a response so I called backseveral times to no avail. Finally, I drove to the store. Right before I arrived, the manager Eva told me that I had to reachout to DoorDash for a refund. Mind you, I did not even know that DoorDash was fulfilling my order because the website says thatPancheros would deliver, not a third party delivery service. She told me that she was not able to process my refund. I told Evathat I wanted to speak to her when I got there. When I got to the counter I was met with a man named AJ. I told him about thesituation and asked for a refund. He then found my order and said my refund would be processed in a day or so. When I asked fora receipt, he said he was not able to give me one. Therefore I asked for his name. This was at 5:38 PM. Meanwhile, my onlineapp says my order is ?complete?, while I am out $50 and no food to show for it. I will wait for a refund but I wanted to let youknow about this unpleasant experience. I wasted time and money waiting and then driving to this store. Then, I was not told asingle apology for the lack of service. Employees made it seem like it was my problem as the customer to figure this out.Ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed in the abhorrent level of service tonight because normally I have great experienceswith this franchise.
