Not open on Sunday?s and neither are every other location within a mile of me I get it if your short staffed but some people... want a salad on Sunday cuz it?s their day off and now I have to drive 10+ miles to get a salad. Read more

If I could pick no stars I would. This has to be the worse Saladworks I've ever been to. The worker lady has an awful attitude... which resulted in giving less toppings. When you go to Saladworks you want the works not just all lettuce. The person behind uswho they knew his order by heart literally got half a cup of 1 single topping. I ordered 4 salads and got a pinch of toppings.The salad tub literally was all wilted and not fresh. Very unhappy with the expense vs what I got. Read more
Good salads with too many options to consider if you make your own m I go with one of their standards and it's always good.... Weird weekend hours, but friendly service when I've gone. They close at 3 or 4 on Saturday and Sunday. I guess it's geared tothe workers in Mt. Laurel. Read more
Friendly staff and good food. We have visited this location many times over the past year. Our office is nearby and we typically... get lunch from here at least once a month. This time they forgot one of our meals, but when I called they said they would giveus a meal the next time we ordered. I appreciate their attempt to make things right. Read more
Placed an online order. Went to get it and it was still sitting on the printer. They rushed to make the the 2 salads I ordered... and left out a few items. It was totally empty and nowhere near closing time. I also saw at least 4 people working so I'm notsure what was going on that they couldn't make 2 salads in 20 minutes. Or check the printer. I usually have a good experience at this location but not today. I ordered my usual warm grain bowl and noticed the grains... looked wet while it was being served. I asked the employee if the grain was wet (because if so I would have ordered somethingelse). The employee answered ?it?s warm?. I took her word for it because who would want to knowingly serve someone slop, right?Went back to work and took 1 bite and couldn?t even eat it. It was watery and complete mush! When I took it back to the storeand confirmed that the grain was not correctly made, the same employees argued that ?it is always like that?. I explained againthat I always order that item and it is never wet and mushy. She continued to say it?s supposed to be like that and offered tomake me something else. I am disappointed in the customer service this employee displayed. She should have apologized instead ofarguing with the customer. It should have been thrown away and remade if it was not made correctly. It should not be served tothe next paying customer. Read more
