It was absolutely horrible my food just arrived at the font desk..I love fridays .but this poor kid working himself had to get... change for 100.00 bill he stood at an empty bar and the bartender completely ignored him..I felt bad for him but they told himthey could Only give Me my change in 1 dollar bills 77.00 now you know there's a safe and drawers in the back I refused to take77 ones..small place yes not major restaurant..I told the poor kid go in the back ask your manager for change 20 minutes laternow my food cold he came out with 20s and tens..that boy at the front desk deserves a raise and handled it the best way hecould..I felt horrible fir him but seriously I wasn't planning on going to a strip club later....bartender kept giving me dirtylooks and kept the boy waiting...if bar was busy and place was crowded I would have just taken the ones. But there was no reasonI should have at that time..sad but it will be long time before go back there....again the boy at the hostess counter wasextremely calm scared but handled it very professionally... We've been going to this TGI Fridays at least since the '90s, although it's been a few years since we went to this location. My... sister's steak was cold and mealy. My fried shrimp and fries were average at best, like fast food (Long John Silvers) that wassitting out for awhile before they were served. Mitch, the server was great. I guess if we're gonna go to a chain restaurant,we'll go back to Applebee's. Read more
Be careful of the ribs they are really good but… very sharp at the end I was bleeding showed the bartender she felt bad.... Manager was to busy to talk to me. This happened Monday and it’s now Wednesday and my upper part of my mouth is stillsore. At least an apology from management would have been nice! Read more
The entire staff at Friday’s is all around great. Every time I’ve been there for something as small as take out, maybe a... drink or two, or even a nice sit down full entree dinner.. whatever it was, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. It's good for what it is. The food variety is relatively small and the food itself is decent. It makes a great microwave meal if... you have any left overs. It's kinda on the same level of quality as like Pancheros but since I am going in, sitting down andtipping I expect a little bit better food then what I can get at fast food places. The alcohol served is pretty good tho, greatselection and well mixed. Thus, 3 stars. Read more
