Hands down the worst Gas Wawa in the area. It's always understaffed and I've had to pump my own gas twice because the ladies... working those nights were incapable of handling more than one vehicle at any given time. I couldn't believe it happened a 2ndtime. Training is obviously an afterthought here. You're better off going to the location on Rt. 73 Read more
A nice Wawa with cool employees. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I'm in the Marlton area.
So the price that was displayed above the pump was $4.28 but when I looked at my receipt it states $4.38. And I saw the gad... attendant changing all the price signs to $4.28. So which is it? Read more
Poor management leads to the deli being closed on random evenings. Last night I was told the deli was closed so they can "cook... the food." I never knew deli meat needs to be cooked on the premise lol Read more
Tried out Wawa's delivery service from Green tree Road in Marlton New Jersey. The driver didn't have common sense not turn to... around on the customers front lawn and get theirs car stuck and destroyed lawn area. Horrible wish I could get my tip back. Read more
Always Great! I miss John the Manager. Great customer service. I spilled my coffee all over myself & my car. John was kind... enough to give me paper towels, napkins & another coffee at no charge. The employees have messed up several of my orders. On numerous occasions, this is the second time I've been bamboozled by an... inaccurate execution of the food. In particular they only scooped barely enough food to place inside the bowl. I've had bowlsfrom other locations and they are supposed to have the bowl filled to the line. This hardly covered the bottom of the bowl. Andat the price point and given how little the cost is to make mac and cheese as well as mashed potatoes, $7 & change (if iremember correctly it was $7.54 for the bowl) you can see for yourselves that there wasn't enough food. And for clarification, Ididn't eat any of it, so what you see is what I got. That being said, I do still like Wawa for the conveniences of it havinggas, beverages, food, and bathrooms available 24h/7d a week. I just really wish that the employees would take more care inpaying attention to details--like consistency and making sure the sandwiches are correct (which has been a consistent problem atmultiple locations when I order.). I have no problem taking the time to write good (and great) reviews, I'm fact I usually tryto not give bad reviews. However considering that the Wawa made-to-order counters only seem to get my orders correct 60% of thetime--I feel inclined to write about it. And mind you, I will call attention to positive food experiences too....I just haven'thad any as of late outside of the checkout lines being fast, and the cashiers being very nice people. Read more
