Worst fast food restaurant experience I have ever had. Will never and WOULD never visit or recommend this location to anyone.... Workers not washing hands after clocking in and wiping swear of their foreheads, and an employee with no gloves rubbing hisfingers all over his nose and then packing up fry overs. No gloves on any employee other than the front register employee. Weinformed him of the lack of handwriting and lack of glove use of the employees. The employees acted as if to not care. The timewaited to been acknowledged was a good 20 minutes. This place was horrible and should be visited by health inspectors...verypoor sanitation. Read more
Just stopped and the manager went above and beyond to help me find food for a picky eater at a great price! Even though their... truck was late, he was patient and so very kind! He gave me an idea on a possible issue with our rv generator and the rv dealersaid it would be an expensive fox that would take some time as he said i blew the inverter. The manager was RIGHT and i flippedthe 30 amp switch on generator and ac, gfi and microwave all work now! Thank you very much! besides that - coffee was strong andhot, food was fast, hot and good and we are on the road again! Thank you kind sir!!! Read more
This place has NEVER gotten a drive thru order right! This last order was 42.38 With a my discount. If you go here check your... bag for everything you ordered! I ordered for 5 people. It was 2 double cheese burgers, 10 piece chicken tenders, 1 Biggie, 3medium fries, 1 6pc jalapeño popers and 4 peach pies. One cheese burger was actually of single burger.. Avoid at all costs! One young man taking orders, finishing the cooking, then handling the window. Two other workers and a... woman who took the cash drawer (manager?), but not much assistance from them. Our food took FOREVER. Then the hamburgers werelukewarm, French fries were cold, and we never did get our change! We had walked inside to place a takeout order. It was likethe twilight zone. He tried to do it right and cover everything, but it was impossible. Another lady who was dining insidewith her husband was frustrated because she still hadn't received her poppers. Had a dollar hamburger assembled wrong and the bottom was charcoal burnt. I took it in to complain and the employee went to a... manager and I over heard...is that the burger that was made upside down? Good grief! They knew they were passing a poorly madeand burnt burger out the window. See attached photo. Seriously this was totally wrong on many levels. I will never try anythingever again at a Hardee's. We had a problem-free lunch here on our road trip. The food was all tasty and served as ordered, and the service was polite. The... restaurant was pretty clean with plenty of seating. We sat in the front room, which has lots of natural light, a large table,and three larger comfy chairs with small side tables. We will stop here again on a future road trip since we like Hardee?s food! Read more
