Stopped during a trip. This location is pretty far off the freeway. But the wait at the restaurant was ridiculous. One person in... front of us when we walked in. One person taking orders and 3 kids back there staring at us. Then, order after order was comingout wrong. Added 20 minutes to our trip. Nothing fast about it, and fries were undercooked. Read more

This is how my order just went. I would like a #9. We have no fries. Just give me the sandwich with a large sweet tea. I also... need a 5for$5. We don't have the nuggets and remember no fries. Oh yeah hold on let me ask my daughter. Ok give me the pretzelburger. We don't have the pretzel bun. Get her the burger I get. I need a large strawberry lemonade. We don't have any lemonade.Then a Dr.Pepper. We don't have any Dr. Pepper. Look at the burgers I got. I paid $17 for 2 of those burgers and 2 large drinks. Read more
I plainly ordered a plain spicy chicken sandwich with a large strawberry lemonade no ice. I ended up getting a chicken sandwich... with mayo, pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce and the sandwich wasn?t even spicy. Went through the drive thru and ordered a Coke Zero and was informed that they were out, so I order a diet Coke and when I paid... and went to the next window to get my drink I was informed that I would have to pull forward and they would bring my drink outto me, I waited for like 4 minutes and almost got out of my vehicle to go in when a worker came out with my drink, and after Ileft I took a drink of it and it was Dr. Pepper. Went here today, and as a past fast food worker, this place had me appalled. The staff was rude, the cashier walked off qas soon... as I paid without a word. The food wasn't bad that time, except the biscuit was hard as a rock. Later on I ordered a 10 piecechicken nugget and large melon lemonade. Got a small lemonade and 2 nuggets short. Plus my food was cold when I got it. Most ofthe drinks in the machine are out, there's trash all over the place and most of the tables are dirty and unwashed. There'sbarely even one person upfront, meanwhile there's employs on their phone in the dining room while there's a line across therestaurant. This is ridiculous. I get that sometimes working fast food can be hard, I worked at Subway. But clearly there's alack of discipline and proper work principles in the place. We would have never left the front or went scrolling on our phones,especially during a rush. I won't be going here again, would rather support the local restaurants. Read more

I forgot my phone inside Wendys while driving out for a trip back to Ohio. A worker named Dylan Smith let me know my phone was... here and that he would make sure I got the phone back. Honest good folks that work here they deserve a chance. Thanks man! Read more
