Inside is good. Normally nice and clean. Bur what's up with the parking lots and your cart pushers? Carts left all over and... trash absolutely everywhere while they just sit there on the phones under the overhang. Read more

Deli sucks. Took 30 minutes to get my order. It wasn?t even a weekend. It was 9:00 am on a Tuesday. You have to order through a... iPad and they are out of half the items it shows. Save time and drive the extra 10 minutes to the acme in OC. Read more
This Shop Rite deli is terrible. You order on a kiosk and you select your preference on the thickness of the slice you prefer. I... ordered the lunch meat to be slice thin, you come back and get your order out of a small refrigerator/cooler and you get homeand the lunchmeat is sliced so thick it?s like chunks.I ordered cheese that was supposed to be slice fresh and the date on thepackage was best sell by on the date that I was in the store.They took it out of the case that was already package days beforeand they gave to me so it would not expired.If you want FRESH DELI products, go to another store. This is the Worst Deli! It?s ridiculous that you have to order through a kiosk. The deli workers ignore you then they are rude... or annoyed that they have to communicate with you if you have a question. We asked for our deli meat/cheese to be cut thinthrough the kiosk and it was thick. I actually think that they did it on purpose. Not one of the workers in the store washelpful. If you asked for help they acted like you were stupid. Very disappointed with this store. Very sad that our worldhas come to such poor & rude customer service. Read more
My local shop. Love the place and people. So why rating of 3 stars? Music. It's so loud in more than 3/4 of the store. Today I... was shopping with adult daughter I was right next to her but she could not hear me. In a different part of the store where wewere alone in the aisle yelled to her near the opposite end loud enough and yet she could not hear me at all. I mumbled to myself the entire time that it was so loud the shopping experience is ruined and makes you want to run out of the store.I wouldhave bought more but it was so loud I could not. I spent half a grand so it wasn't a go and dash. .Music though may soothe thesavage beast it definitely irritates the average shopper when it blasts you into oblivion. My advice to the Shop rite, thoughyou may like your music not everybody else does and at an uncomfortable decibels. Please consider those older and the veryyoung when selecting music as well as volume. You cannot hear yourself think or appreciate announcements having to scream overthe music. Great place if you plan having rave party but not while shopping for groceries. Read more
