They got the order wrong for my friend and the washrooms were absolutely filthy. Otherwise nice people working there.
Yesterday morning we went to Tim's to grab a bagel with butter and cheese from the drive-thru and came away with more than we... asked for. Clearly, they dropped my bagel on the floor. There was lint on one side but stuck inside and on the cheese was a longwhite dog hair. So disgusting! Hubby wanted to go back and complain but why go back for more hair and attitude. They are alsothe rudest people and barely ever get an order right. I am done with Tim Hortons and so grateful that I looked first beforetaking a bite of that hairy bagel. Beware!! Read more
Crullers were old and only glazed on one side. Their donut, cookie and bagel selection was next to nothing. I've never seen... such a poor selection at a Tim Hortons. And it was between 3 and 4 pm. Read more
Absolute garbage service. They are only getting a 1 star because I can't go any lower. Waited for order for over 10 minutes only... to realize they forgot to make the rest of it. I understand places get busy but not once did anyone make an effort to ask ornotice why we where standing there for so long.
