They got the order wrong for my friend and the washrooms were absolutely filthy. Otherwise nice people working there.
Yesterday morning we went to Tim's to grab a bagel with butter and cheese from the drive-thru and came away with more than we... asked for. Clearly, they dropped my bagel on the floor. There was lint on one side but stuck inside and on the cheese was a longwhite dog hair. So disgusting! Hubby wanted to go back and complain but why go back for more hair and attitude. They are alsothe rudest people and barely ever get an order right. I am done with Tim Hortons and so grateful that I looked first beforetaking a bite of that hairy bagel. Beware!! Read more
Crullers were old and only glazed on one side. Their donut, cookie and bagel selection was next to nothing. I've never seen... such a poor selection at a Tim Hortons. And it was between 3 and 4 pm. Read more
Absolute garbage service. They are only getting a 1 star because I can't go any lower. Waited for order for over 10 minutes only... to realize they forgot to make the rest of it. I understand places get busy but not once did anyone make an effort to ask ornotice why we where standing there for so long. Filthy. Washroom, dining area, behind the counter, all filthy. Negligent / absent owner? Manager? Someone from head office... should stop by. Tables not cleared. Garbage over flowing. Food prep area covered in crumbs, sauces, dirty knives left out.Floor filthy in dining area and worker area. A serious health and safety issue for workers with debris and liquid on the floor. Made several trips in the week we were at the cottage. Could not get my first choice drink, Passionfruit Iced Tea. Didn't have... the syrup for it each time was the answer. Otherwise, folks serving were nice and personable. Read more
I stood in the line for about 10 minutes, 1 person at the front counter helping one customer in front of me while there were 8... other Tim Horton employees, some of them doing little. The girl who took my order was nice but service was slow considering theamount of people working and not many customers at drive through or inside. Management needs to train employees better. Okay...we all know Timmys and you can debate the coffee but ...this Tim Hortons had such amazing and friendly staff. The chili... was piping hot and the bowl was full. My son's donut was so fresh it practically melted in his mouth. So fresh. So thisone...gets a 5 star. Great stop when travelling on highway 7! Read more
