Ribs were 3/10, wife's meal was 6/10, my 4 kids meals were quite pathetic. I've never been disappointed at Applebee's but wow... this was a bad experience...staff was great and timing was good, but the food was the most important, should have wentelsewhere. Read more
Visiting from the UK and my first time in Applebee's. Restaurant was quite busy being Halloween. So we sat at the bar for 30... having a drink waiting for a table. Great to see everyone dressed up. We ordered starters which were great, then orderedmains, so starters and mains didn't end up on the table at the same time. We both ordered steak which was very good and tasty.Great selection on the menu. Warm and welcoming environment. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend. Read more

Went to Marquette Applebee's, sat for 10 mins waiting for our "server" to bring us menus, while up to 4 employees stood around.... After getting up & asking the hostess for menus, we sat another 10 mins waiting for a "server" to bring us water or at leastacknowledge us. During this, we watched up to 5 employees talking at the bar area, we were sitting at a hightop, in the bararea. We have never experienced such total neglect in an Applebee's, anywhere. We walked out without ever been approached byour server or anyone. Bad experience, horrible service. Read more
-10! It was not that busy went for early dinner around 4pm. Waited for over 5 minutes up front. Once seated waited over 10... minutes before deciding to leave. No menu or drinks offered. Some workers laughed at the side chatting yet ignored us. Not sureif we were sat at a section where no one was assigned but either way left. Can't imagine the food is any better than theservice. Wait time has gone up considerably despite not being super busy, one person's meal was delivered 25-30 minutes before the rest... which makes dinner awkward. Food was decent when it eventually arrived. Bathrooms were filthy. Staff was super polite. Theirgreat attitude is the main reason we gave stars. Read more
Delicious and the staff was nice. It was a little bit of a wait but it wasn't bad. Our waitress was very helpful and outgoing.... We got the Halloween drinks and they were delicious, one happened to be a frozen drink which was a great surprise! Willdefinitely be going back Read more
