Food is fresh and ready-made. Polite staff and friendly to those that are friendly to them. Please don't be impatient with staff... as it's not a big deal to have to wait a few extra mins in order to ensure you get fresh hot food. Always a must for quick biteto eat. Read more
Unbelievably good service from Kevin on October 14th, 2022 at 6:55 PM. The greeting in the drive-through made me feel as though... I was meeting an old friend, even though it was the first time we had met. Me and my compatriots had no choice but to shedtears as we bit into the perfectly crafted Woopers. The tenderness of the chicken told me that the now sacrificed avian had hada wonder life life before being converted to delectable nuggets. The ice water, no doubt straight from the glaciers ofAntartica, paired perfectly with the carefully salted medium fires. As we dined, we donned the limited edition ?You Rule?crowns, courtesy of the gracious hands of Kevin. He truly gave us the Burger King experience, making our entire Subaru Legacyfeel like a royal carriage on its way to an illustrious Kingdom. Personally, we recommend Kevin for a promotion at the bareminimum. Whoever runs Burger King should step down as CEO, as they are no doubt under qualified with such a BEAST working atthis location. You have very good food, but your workers just drench the burgers with mayo and Ketchup. When you get thru eating you have to... change your clothes. They should watch what they do. Also the person who took my order added a sandwich I didn?t even order. ??? Read more
The young lady in the drive thru was really sweet. Food was good, it was just the iced coffee that sucked it tasted like it had... artificial sweetener in there.. was not impressed, fix the coffee and it would be golden. Read more
For the umpteenth time they screwed up my order. I always order NO MAYO and no cheese. This time i got mayo and cheese. My wife... got the same. In the last 5 months I've gone there 6 times and out of those,4 have been wrong. The Marquette BKing isnotoriously noted for this. I cannot say I won't go there because I love Whoppers. Read more
New and much more modern than the other BK in Marquette. The atmosphere is comfortable and you know they have newer equipment in... the kitchen. Staff is very friendly and offered to clean table before we sat. Made chicken hot off because it was late in theevening and brought our food to our table. Things like that are important. I've had problems with cold food at the other BK. Read more
Unfortunately i try not to have to mention anyone to their manager or higher ups . Just a simple ?doing better? would suffice.... This Burger King gives me hell ALMOST every time i come here , i love burger king but id like to be able to enjoy the meal iordered + it all be there AND good customer service . Today i ordered mozz sticks , fries , and chicken . EVERYTHING was in thebottom of my bag not in the containers & my mozz sticks smelled weird , and they were super wet with cheese all over the place .I truly hope they didn't expect me to eat something thrown in the bag and soaking wet.
