Done with Domino?s. Some national call center with someone could hardly understand, want $20 for a small GF pizza. They said... half hour and when we showed up they said sorry, another 20 minutes. No more 3 topping 7.99 takeout deal, they changed it to 1 topping, it says" For $7.99 each, carry out all pizzas with 1 topping... on ANY of our 5 crusts"<---- but you really only get the option to choose from 3<------ so I guess 5=3 with these guys, go checkit out for yourself. I've been a loyal customer of this dominos for years and it's time to find somewhere else. Dominos wentfrom good deals to whatever this is. I've had enough I won't be going back. Read more
What happened to being able to call a pizza joint and talking to people from your home town that will actually be making your... pizza. Why do I have to call and speak to someone who no offense but can barely speak English. Literally asked me if that was Gas in goat or J as in gel ????. Donimos is not so great that they need a call center for pizza orders. Maybe just hire morelocal employees ???? ???? ** add on. Ordered a 12" Meatza with extra cheese as she suggested...was very disappointed as there was no extra cheese. I asked for a... receipt as I'm in town on business and would've liked to expense the $18 and change for a meal. No receipt and very unhappy ipaid $18.00 for a pizza I could've purchased at a grocery store for about $5.00. Read more
When I called the woman who answered was friendly, and my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Once I placed my... order online (super user friendly) it arrived within 40 minutes and everything was as expected. Even had napkins in the bag-perfect. The whole experience was top notch. Read more
Saturday?s are busy so I understand a long wait for delivery hour an a half, okay. After over an hour an a half, called to ask... about our order because they don?t update the status online. Then I was told it would be 3 and a half hours. I?m sorry but thatis just unbelievable. Not to mention when you tell someone an hour and a half and then they have to call and find out it?sactually a three and a half hour wait? spending all the money on renovations is good for nothing when your service doesn?t evenwarrant half a star. How do you get slower after putting in a bigger kitchen? Hire people or just close down. I won?t be eatinghere for a while if ever again. Read more
Had to order thru their call center... didn't get the advertised 20% off. I cannot imagine how frustrating this new system will... be for elderly and those who are not tech savvy. The last 3 times I?ve called to order I get prompted to order online and ?save time?. Ha!! What a absolute joke. I order... online, arrive at the store within the time I was given to pickup and then have staff tell me my order hasn?t even been madeyet!! Unbelievable! Dominos needs to majorly Overhaul their ordering systems. I will not bother wasting my time and money hereanymore. I?ve never had this problem at other pizza establishments. So if your going to order, beware you could be waiting FARLONGER than they tell you. Read more
